Correctional Officers - Reinstatement of Certification After Wrongful Termination

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Correctional Training Commission to revoke the certification of a correctional officer in conjunction with specified disciplinary action; and authorizing the Office of Administrative Hearings to reinstate the certification of a correctional officer with no further examination or condition if the Office of Administrative Hearings rescinds or modifies a specified disciplinary action against the correctional officer.
