Prince George's County - Drug-Free Zone Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Authorizing the establishment of a Drug-Free Zone Pilot Program in Prince George's County under the authority of the Prince George's County Council; authorizing the County Council to designate specified drug-free zones based on areas of the county that have a history of drug-related activity; establishing that a person arrested for a drug-related offense or a person convicted of a drug-related offense committed in a drug-free zone may be subject to exclusion from the drug-free zone for a specified period of time; etc.
