Database for Terminated Health Occupation Licensees and Employees Who Provide Services to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a database that includes information on employees of licensees who provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities and licensees of health occupations who were terminated for specified reasons; and authorizing specified licensees and employers to access the database.
