Mobile Home Park Residents' Relocation Act of 2008

Synopsis:

Requiring mobile home park owners to submit a specified relocation plan as part of an application for a change in the land use of a mobile home park; requiring park owners to deliver a specified notice to park residents within a specified time after submitting an application for a change in land use; prohibiting a park owner from closing a park, or a portion of a park, unless the owner provides residents with specified notice and relocation assistance; etc.
