Entitled:
Motor Vehicles - Accident Reports - Access and Disclosure

Synopsis:

Authorizing the employees and agents of specified prosecutors to access a specified motor vehicle accident report during the 60-day period after the report is filed; exempting specified prosecutors and the employees and agents of the prosecutors from a requirement that a person accessing the motor vehicle accident report must present a specified driver's license or identification card, proof of authorization, and a specified statement to a specified officer; altering penalties; and making the Act an emergency measure.
