Synopsis:

Increasing specified alcoholic beverages license fees in Anne Arundel County; establishing specified hotel-limited service licenses in the county; requiring the Board of License Commissioners to obtain criminal records of alcoholic beverages license applicants; requiring the Board to apply for specified criminal records and to submit information and fees; establishing a $50 nonrefundable license renewal fee in addition to the annual license fee; etc.
