Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of Todd's Inheritance, located in Edgemere; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; and establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
