Synopsis:

Requiring the Child Support Enforcement Administration to notify immediately a child support obligor and the Motor Vehicle Administration if the child support obligor is 60 days or more out of compliance with a specified child support order and has received 3 driver's license suspension notices within a 2-year period; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the license or privilege to drive of the obligor under specified circumstances; etc.
