Well Drilling - Local Health Department - Appeal

Synopsis:

Authorizing a person that has been issued or has applied for a well drilling permit to appeal a specified decision of a specified local health department to the Department of the Environment; requiring the Department to make a specified final decision and provide specified notice within 24 hours of receiving the appeal; etc.
