Education - Physical Education and Athletic Programs for Students with Disabilities - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering the reporting date for county boards of education to report on specified requirements relating to physical education and athletic programs for students with disabilities to the State Department of Education from February 1 of each year to May 15 of each year; and altering the reporting date for the Department to issue a report relating to physical education and athletic programs for students with disabilities to the General Assembly from May 1 of each year to August 1 of each year.
