Synopsis:

Establishing a restricted volunteer dentist's license and a restricted volunteer dental hygienist's license under the State Board of Dental Examiners; establishing specified procedures to apply for specified licenses; establishing the scope of practice of specified licenses; providing that the holders of specified licenses may not be required to complete specified continuing education requirements as a condition of renewal of the licenses; defining terms; etc.
