Juvenile Law - Lead Testing - Authorized

Synopsis:

Authorizing the juvenile court to order a child to undergo blood lead level testing after a petition has been filed but before an adjudication; authorizing a court exercising criminal jurisdiction in a case involving a child to order the child to undergo blood level testing before trial; and requiring a copy of the blood lead level test results to be provided to the child, the child's parent or guardian, the child's counsel, and the State's Attorney.
