Synopsis:

Requiring nonpublic schools that accept State funds to adopt a policy prohibiting bullying, harassment, and intimidation by a specified date; requiring the policy to include specified provisions; encouraging a nonpublic school to develop the policy in consultation with specified groups and to publicize the policy in a specified manner; etc.
