Synopsis:

Denying eligibility for a specified subtraction modification and specified tax credit allowed against the State income tax to specified parents or guardians if their dependent child does not meet specified school discipline and attendance requirements; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations that provide a process for determining ineligibility; etc.
