Entitled:
Minority Business Participation - The Ray Haysbert Waiver Disclosure and Termination Extension Act

Synopsis:

Requiring Board of Public Works regulations that implement the Minority Business Enterprise Program to provide for the disclosure of each waiver of Program obligations and the reason for each waiver; altering the record keeping and reporting requirements of the Board with respect to a waiver of Program obligations; continuing the Program until July 1, 2013; requiring a specified study and a final report on the study by September 30, 2012; and providing for the effective dates of the Act.
