Synopsis:

Altering the circumstances under which the Commissioner of Labor and Industry is required to issue a specified work permit for a minor; repealing a specified provision of law authorizing a county superintendent of schools or a superintendent's designee to issue a work permit; requiring an employer to apply online to obtain a specified work permit and to make specified certifications; etc.
