Health Care Decisions Act - Petitions by Surrogates - Court Actions
Authorizing a court to take specified actions if the court finds by a
specified standard and on the petition of a specified individual that
a decision by the health care agent of a patient violates the
patient's advance directive or the wishes of the patient determined in
accordance with specified standards; providing that specified
individuals may not be denied access to a patient's medical records
for specified purposes; etc.
