Education - School Attendance in Another County

Synopsis:

Allowing specified students who reside in a specified county and attend school in another county to attend the school until graduation from high school; providing that a specified county may not be required to provide transportation of specified students; requiring specified counties to determine the feasibility of transporting specified students; authorizing siblings of specified students to attend school in a specified county; etc.
