Assistive Technology Guaranteed Loan Program and Fund

Synopsis:

Creating an Assistive Technology Guaranteed Loan Fund as a nonlapsing fund in the Office for Individuals with Disabilities; establishing an Assistive Technology Guaranteed Loan Program and a Board of Directors for the Program; authorizing the use of moneys in the Fund to pay all expenses and disbursements authorized by the Board for administering the Fund and financing the guarantees of loans and subsidies of loan interest for the purchase of assistive technology for individuals with disabilities; etc.
