Vehicle Laws - Sales of New Motor Vehicles - First Aid Equipment

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale of a new motor vehicle unless the motor vehicle is equipped with first aid equipment; providing for a fine of not more than $500 for a violation of the Act; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to adopt regulations concerning first aid equipment for new motor vehicles; and requiring the Administration to compile, maintain, and publish a list of approved first aid equipment.
