Acquisition of Nonprofit Health Entities - Limitations on Approval - Public Interest

Synopsis:

Altering the standard for making a determination related to the acquisition of a nonprofit health entity; repealing a provision of law deeming an application for the acquisition of a nonprofit health entity approved under specified circumstances; requiring that a specified determination may not take effect until 90 calendar days after the date the determination was made; making provisions of the Act severable; etc.
