Education - Bridge to Excellence in Public Schools Act - Extension of Phase-In

Synopsis:

Altering the Bridge to Excellence in Public Schools Act to extend by 4 years the phase-in period required to reach the targeted annual amount for specified additional State funding for elementary and secondary education in the State; extending the phase-in period for specified increases in State funding for compensatory education, students with limited English proficiency, and students with special needs; altering the amount of the State guaranteed tax base grant for specified years; etc.
