Synopsis:

Establishing the State Real Estate Commission Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring that the Fund be used for specified purposes; providing for an audit of the Fund; requiring the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation or a designee of the Secretary to administer the Fund; requiring the Secretary, in consultation with the State Real Estate Commission, to annually calculate specified costs; etc.
