Budget and Management - Sharing of State Fiscal Information with the Maryland General Assembly

Synopsis:

Requiring agencies and units of State government to provide fiscal estimates and information supporting the estimates to the Secretary of Budget and Management; requiring the Secretary to provide the estimates and information to the General Assembly by a specified date each year; requiring the Chief of Information Technology in the Department of Budget and Management to provide copies to the General Assembly of independent verification and validation reports on information technology projects; etc.
