St. Mary's County - Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance - Requirement to Adopt

Synopsis:

Requiring the St. Mary's Board of County Commissioners to adopt, implement, and enforce an adequate public facilities ordinance by a specified date; requiring the adequate public facilities ordinance to address specified public services and facilities, and to establish and enforce specified standards; exempting specified subdivisions from the adequate public facilities ordinance; requiring that specified development proposals be retroactively subject to the provisions of the Act; providing for a specified penalty; etc.
