Creation of a State Debt - Calvert County - Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $225,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the housing structures, water and electrical systems, and landscaping of the Indian Village project; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
