Maryland Energy Efficiency Standards Act of 2007

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to adopt regulations on the purchase of equipment; authorizing the Commission to consider specified costs of specified electric companies as costs to be included in a specified life-cycle cost methodology for specified purposes; requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to adopt regulations to establish minimum energy efficiency standards for new products sold in the State; etc.
