Requiring that members or former members of the State Retirement and
Pension System complete and submit an application to the Board of
Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System stating the date
when a vested retirement allowance will commence; prohibiting members
or former members of the State Retirement and Pension System from
receiving a specified vested retirement allowance for a specified
period of time; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
