Pensions - Transfer of Service Credit - Former Employees of
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority
Authorizing individuals to transfer service credit for employment with
the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to the retirement
or pension system of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, or the
Washington Suburban Transit Commission if there was no break in
employment and if the individual's accumulated contributions are
deposited in the new system.
