Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Enhanced Testing - Indefinite Prohibition

Synopsis:

Extending indefinitely the prohibition on requiring a motor vehicle being tested under the Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program to undergo transient mass-emission testing, evaporative system integrity testing, a test that requires the removal of the driver from the vehicle being tested, or on-road testing.
