Altering provisions of law relating to premium finance companies and premium finance agreements; altering specified requirements and contents of premium finance agreements, their terms, administration, charges, and cancellation; authorizing the financing of additional premiums under specified circumstances, subject to conditions and limitations; providing for the effects of a notice of dishonor; altering and adding provisions relating to premiums and their return; etc.
