Synopsis:

Altering requirements for premium finance companies and premium finance agreements; altering requirements and contents of premium finance agreement terms, administration, charges, and cancellation; authorizing the financing of additional premiums under specified circumstances, subject to conditions and limitations; requiring specified notices to specified persons; providing for effects of a notice of dishonor; etc.
