Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Community Human Development Centers

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, with a matching fund requirement, to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Fair Chance, Inc. for the planning, design, demolition, construction, repair, and renovation of, and for the provision of capital equipment, furniture, and parking for, buildings located at 301 through 323 North Gay Street, Baltimore City, to be known as the Fair Chance Center; prohibiting use of the funds for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
