Synopsis:

Amending the procedures on the enforcement of payment of child support by granting additional powers to the Child Support Enforcement Administration, prohibiting specified documents from being excluded from evidence under specified circumstances, with a specified exception; providing that specified hearings are presumed to have been requested primarily for delay under specified circumstances; establishing that nonparentage is not a defense under specified circumstances; etc.
