Synopsis:

Amending the procedures on the enforcement of payment of child support by granting additional powers to the Child Support Enforcement Administration, authorizing a court to order trial by jury under specified circumstances, requiring that a father ordered to pay child support in a paternity proceeding continue to pay until the child comes into the father's custody, authorizing specified licensing units to revoke or deny specified licenses of obligors who are in arrears in child support payments; etc.
