Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance - Premium Increases - Notice to Insureds

Synopsis:

Altering the content of a specified notice that a motor vehicle liability insurer must send to an insured regarding the right of the insured to request a hearing on specified proposed action on the insurer; providing that in the case of a premium increase, a dismissal of a protest is deemed to be a final determination of the Insurance Commissioner within a specified number of days; providing an exception to the requirement that the Commissioner hold a hearing; etc.
