State Retirement and Pension System - Board of Trustees - Membership

Synopsis:

Altering the number of trustees on the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System who represent the teachers' systems from 2 to 3; and altering the eligibility requirements for membership on the Board of Trustees to require that only one of the members representing the teachers' systems is a retiree.
