Synopsis:

Requiring a landlord who seeks specified rents due and late fees in actions to repossess premises from specified tenants to indicate the amount of rent and late fees due and unpaid in a specified manner; requiring the District Court of the county in which the property is situated to award specified late fees and rents due to landlords under specified circumstances; requiring the court to make specified determinations; altering criteria for determination of a tenant's right to redemption of leased premises; etc.
