Entitled:

Property Tax Credit - Real Property Retrofit with Home Accessibility Features for Individuals with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City or the governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant, by law, a tax credit against the county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on real property that is retrofit with home accessibility features for individuals with disabilities; defining the term "home accessibility features"; and providing for the application of the Act.
