Property Tax Exemption - Exception for Property Owned by Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority - Concession

Synopsis:

Clarifying that specified interests of a person in property that is owned by specified governmental entities is subject to property tax under specified circumstances; providing that a specified exemption from State and local property taxes does not apply to property owned by the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority that is located in Allegany County under specified circumstances; and applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2005.
