Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Parks & People, The Foundation for Baltimore Recreation & Parks, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a 9-acre triangular plot in Druid Hill park located in Baltimore City; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a preservation easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
