Community Development Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $650,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Bel
Alton High School Alumni Association Community Development Corporation
for the construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of a community development center; requiring the grantee to
grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; providing that no part of the loan proceeds or matching fund
may be used for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
