State Board of Dental Examiners Nomination and Disciplinary Processes - Task Force on the Discipline of Health Care Professionals and Improved Patient Care

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Dental Examiners to conduct a solicitation and balloting process and submit to the Governor specified lists of nominees for membership on the Board; requiring that the Board develop guidelines that to the extent possible will result in a specified Board composition reflecting the diversity of the State; requiring the Board to adopt specified regulations; establishing the Task Force on the Discipline of Health Care Professionals and Improved Patient Care; etc.
