Entitled:
Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Mental Health Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq Mental Health Pilot Program at the Montgomery County General Hospital in Montgomery County; providing that the Program shall coordinate and provide inpatient and outpatient mental health services to specified veterans, spouses, and dependents; providing that the Program may include specified services; authorizing the Governor to include a budget appropriation; prohibiting the Department from providing funds unless the Department and the Hospital enter into an agreement; etc.
