Requiring the Department of Housing and Community Development to
provide security between dusk and dawn at each federally subsidized
senior housing property for which the Department has direct management
responsibility or for which the Department contracts with another
person to manage the property; and requiring the Secretary of Housing
and Community Development to adopt by regulation standards for
security in federally subsidized senior housing properties.
