Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Council of Anne Arundel County to enact an ordinance to grant exemptions from or credits against development impact fees for development by not-for-profit entities that have been in existence for at least 3 years; and requiring the ordinance to set the amount of, establish the conditions of eligibility for, and adopt procedures for the exemptions or credits.
