Entitled:

State Board of Physician Quality Assurance - Membership - Doctors of Osteopathy

Synopsis:

Requiring that of the ten State Board of Physician Quality Assurance members appointed from a list submitted by the Faculty, at least one shall be a doctor of osteopathy licensed in this State; and providing that the term of the doctor of osteopathy Board member shall begin subsequent to the first Faculty nominated physician vacancy.
