Synopsis:

Providing that campaign finance reports may be submitted to the State Administrative Board of Election Laws in an electronic medium; requiring the State Board to provide materials to persons required to file certain campaign fund reports and authorizing the State Board to charge reasonable fees for the materials; requiring the State Board to make reasonable efforts to make the campaign finance report information that it maintains in an electronic medium easily accessible to the public; etc.
