Synopsis:

Altering the procedure for payments due to a retiree for the month in which the retiree dies; clarifying membership eligibility in the Teachers' Retirement System and Teachers' Pension System with respect to librarians; providing that members of the State Police Retirement System may purchase service credit for employer-approved leaves of absence not exceeding 2 years; etc.
