Synopsis:

Requiring a juvenile court to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend a child's driver's license for 6 months or until the child is at least 21 for drunk or drugged driving; requiring the Administration to take the child's driving status into account when figuring the length of the suspension; requiring the clerk of the juvenile court to inform the Administration of any disposition that would require it to act; and requiring the Administration to reinstate driving privileges at the end of the suspension period.
